【摘要】:ThispartofISO11866?IDF170specifiesacombinedmethodfortheenumerationofpresumptiveEscherichiacoliandofpresumptivecoliformsbymeansofaculturetechniqueinvolvingaliquidmediumwithMUG,andcalculationofthenumberofpresumptiveEscherichiacoliand/orcoliformspergramorpermillilitrebythemostprobablenumber(MPN)techniqueafterincubationat30°C.ItisamorerapidmethodthanthatdescribedinISO7251astheincubationtimeisreduced(omissionofseveralenrichmentsteps).Themethodisapplicableto--milk,liquidmilkproducts,--driedmilk,driedsweetwhey,driedbuttermilk,lactose,--acidcasein,lacticcaseinandrennetcasein,--caseinateanddriedacidwhey,--cheeseandprocessedcheese,--butter,--frozenmilkproducts(includingedibleices),and--custard,dessertsandcream.ThemethodspecifiedinthispartofISO11866?IDF170ispreferredforsamplesinwhichcomparativelylownumbersofpresumptiveEscherichiacoliand/orotherpresumptivecoliforms(lessthan100pergramor10permillilitre)aresuspected.
