【摘要】:ThisTechnicalReportprovidesrecommendationsforthechoiceanduseofcast-insteelliftinginserts,hereaftercalled'inserts'forthehandlingofprecastconcreteelements.Theyareintendedforuseonlyduringtransientsituationsforliftingandhandling,andnotfortheservicelifeofthestructure.Thechoiceofinsertismadeaccordingtotheliftingcapacityoftheirpartembeddedintheconcrete,ormaybelimitedbythecapacityoftheinsertitselfandthecorrespondingkeydeclaredbytheinsertmanufacturer.Thereportcoverscommonlyusedapplications(walls/beams/columnsandsolidslabsandpipes)andtherangeoftheseapplicationsisfurtherlimitedtopreventothertypesoffailurethanconcretebreakoutfailure(conefailure),failureofsupplementaryreinforcementorfailureinthesteelinsert.Abasicsuppositionisthattheconcreteisdemonstrablyuncrackedduringallliftingsituations.Thelimitationinscopeisusedtoobtainsimpledesignmodels.Furtherinformationmaybefoundin[1].Therecommendedsafetylevelsareintendedforshort-term-handlingandtransientsituations.ThisTechnicalReportappliesonlytoprecastconcreteelementsmadeofnormalweightconcreteandmanufacturedinafactoryenvironmentandunderafactoryproductioncontrol(FPC)system(inaccordancewithEN13369:2004,clause6.3)coveringtheinsertembedment.ThisTechnicalReportdoesnotcover:?Thedesignoftheinsertitself(forinsertsmanufacturedbyinsertsuppliers).?Theliftingkeythathooksontotheembeddedliftinginsertasacomponentbetweentheinsertandtheliftingmachinery(crane,excavator…),noritscompliancewiththeembeddedinsert.Thesecomponents,whenbroughttothemarketseparately,arecoveredbytheMachineryDirective(98/37/EC).?Liftinginsertsforpermanentandrepeateduse.ThisreportisnotaninterpretationoftheMachineryDirective.
